Great service!! Chris & Rod’s Auto is great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They look at your vehicle right away, explain what needs to be done in detail and provide upfront pricing and complete the work in a timely manner. Great work at reasonable prices!!

Accommodating! My experiences with Chris n Rod’s has always been very good…I always think of things after I get there, and if mentioned they answer me if they can or can’t, or ease my worries if it’s serious or not, and that I am grateful for…there was an issue that I asked about and explained it, they told me they would look at it….said they couldn’t reach it and would need to remove a big part of my car to get to it and told me the labor price…a bit later I saw the mechanic near where this part was that wasn’t functioning, and lo and behold they got to it and fixed it, and didn’t take as long as I was originally told…Thank you all so much.. My car passed inspection and still needed a few things done, but I left feeling very secure that all was taken care of, and I would be safe on the road…Have a blessed weekend everyone and Thank you again….

Honda fit! Once again I am very pleased w service I received. I needed two new tires ASAP and Scott was able to get them and fit me in that same day. I’m so appreciative of the extra effort. Bonus I didn’t have to wait too long 30 min or so. to have tires mounted. Excellent service!

The people, their work and their ethics! I’ve been going there for 6+ years and have always been treated fairly. The people are friendly, honest, reliable and their work is reasonably priced. For anyone that doesn’t have full confidence in their mechanic, you have to try Chris and Rods.

Complete and Quick Service for State Inspection Visit. C&R was very helpful with scheduling, following through and completing an appointment for an annual state inspection requirement. Maybe 15 – 20 minutes in my case (I actually thought it might be longer).

Accommodating! Thank you Chris n staff for being there when needed….also for being honest about the repairs that needed to be done.. bringing me home after leaving my car, and picking up to get it …..explaining to me why the repairs had to be done also as I don’t understand some of the repairs that were needed…the main one I did as it was visible before bringing my car in, even though I thought it was a tranny leak, but was a rotted oil pan…let the experts do their jobs!!! haha….very pleased and feel very confident when I bring my vehicle to Chris & Rod’s…Thank you to all!!

I had to get quite a bit of work done on my car a month or so back. They didn’t yank me around at all, got the parts in quickly, and finished the work fast and without any issues since. I also did some homework – quoting parts and labor costs from friends back home – and the total cost was right about what I estimated. With the quality work done, it was definitely worth it.

Everything was looked over and they provided their advice to fix the problems. However, I did lose a clamp yesterday from my exhaust that was fixed… might need to stop back in. But other than that they are wonderful people that provide great recommendations.

I have so far had a very positive experience with Chris & Rod’s, and that is the reason I continue to return for their services. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced and customer oriented. They continue to go out of their way to make the life of the customer easier. In the past, I have had other mechanics work on my vehicle, only to have issues re-emerge. Once bringing these issues to the plate with Chris & Rod’s, they are resolved promptly, and I wonder why I did not seek them out firsthand.
